Client is largest manufacturer of cement roofing sheets, cement flat sheets and eco-friendly, non-asbestos fiber cement boards.
Partner product deals with SFA and field sales visibility management
End client was seeking analytics for order visibility which would extend on their product application for their sales order management which included field sales order punching, tracking, reporting and milestone status dashboarding functionalities in the application.
Client required analytics encompassing order visibility, having order workflows & checks, alerts & RCA done on issues.
The challenge client was mainly facing was a higher turnaround time and decision making time was also longer for sales reps.
Our Product & Solution Approach
We engaged in analytics project which included consulting, POV development, analytics process, solution design.
Analytics components in design included:
Diagnostic analytics: order analysis, parameter checks for price / product / freight / discount, missed dates & validation issues
Prescriptive analytics: dashboards providing alerts on misses, checks and workflow triggers, completion actions, and milestone status
